i am struck by the realization that Valentine's Day is almost upon us. oh yes, here it comes people.

-dramatic shudder-

okay its three weeks off---but still.

oh its alright for you couples out there. but Valentine's Day requires even more creativity towards the endeavor to have fun for us single folks. normally it is reduced to a day of supreme resentment (for those newly single out there) or infinite boredom. i want to escape that drama (or lack thereof). i need to do something me-centric. something that celebrates my single-ness. something i can only do alone. hmm....

damn that sounds lonely.

NO NO no no...it needs to be...fun. a way to have fun...alone. argh.

bubble baths are a nice way to have fun alone.

hmm...but i really want an all day activity.

the Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman.

not to sound like an informercial but it takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle). and it is totally free. their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.
